La mia recensione della nuova collezione Primavera 2020 "Storie d'Amore" di Trollbeads - My review of the new Spring 2020 "Love Stories" collection by Trollbeads

Ed ecco arrivare una nuova collezione ad inaugurare il nuovo anno.

La collezione "Storie d'Amore", nonostante inceda in pieno inverno, periodo di letargo per molti animali e, in un certo senso, anche per noi, ci rammenta che con San Valentino alle porte e la primavera dietro l'angolo, non si può non parlar d'amore!

Vetri e argenti vogliono essere un inno al sentimento più ambito per eccellenza, quello dove riponiamo una parte del nostro cuore e Trollbeads lo fa con classe ed eleganza, senza superflui romanticismi, utilizzando per i beads in vetro nuance mai banali che rimandano al risveglio dal torpore dell'inverno con delicatezza, mentre gli argenti sono dediti a vere e proprie dichiarazioni d'amore e di speranza.

Il set di vetri "Storia d'Amore", dei designers Tashi, Dhundup and Dolma, con le sue trasparenze lascia intendere la medesima chiarezza di intenti e propositi, già i nomi assegnati a ciascun bead parlano chiaro: Gentilezza, Complicità, Fiducia, Romanticismo, Gioia e Fedeltà.

 Andiamo dunque a scoprirli uno ad uno.

Gentilezza è un bead che presenta, come primo impatto, un "ghirigoro" in avventurina, una sorta di ornamento che però risulta incluso e non a rilievo, a differenza degli "ornament" a cui siamo abituati; dal fondo grigio tortora, versione tono su tono. Costo del bead €45.

Complicità è una variante colore del precedente, dal fondo bianco latte e con un decoro, sempre in avventurina, molto simile in volute. Versione decisamente brillante. Costo del bead €45.

Fiducia ha come colore di fondo un azzurro acqua abbastanza tenue che mette in risalto il decoro soprastante e che avvolge l'intero bead. Variante con maggior contrasto. Costo del bead €45.


Romanticismo si presenta sormontato da un motivo calligrafico che si ripete tutto attorno al bead, in amaranto, verde e arancione, dal fondo rosa. Costo del bead €45.

Gioia è una variante colore del precedente, i motivi calligrafici sono in color bordeaux, arancione, giallo e avventurina con un fondo bianco latte. Costo del bead €45.

Fedeltà, altra variante, presenta i medesimi motivi calligrafici in giallo, bianco, arancione e verde brillante, con un fondo verde pastello chiaro. Costo del bead €45.

Sono apprezzabili differenze di colore tra beads della stessa tipologia, come spesso accade nei vetri.

Questo set in sostanza si divide in due parti, ossia due gruppi di tre beads con differenti decori e differenti variante colore.

Personalmente non li vedo bene amalgamati, in quanto ritengo che gli ornamenti in avventurina conferiscano un aspetto più elegante, mentre gli altri decori a motivo calligrafico, dai colori maggiormente vivaci, abbiano un aspetto più sgargiante, seppur aggraziati.

Il set di vetri "Canzoni d'Amore", dei designers Tenzin Phuntsok and Kalden Chophel, vede protagonisti sei vetri dalle caratteristiche differenti a due a due.

Bouquet d'Amore è rappresentato da una serie di fiori bianchi, con tocchi di avventurina dorata sui petali, che girano tutt'intorno al bead in un effetto tridimensionale, posandosi su di una sorta di nastro bicolore color arancione e viola tenui, mentre la base presenta un effetto screziato tra i medesimi colori del nastro. Costo del bead €45.

Bouquet Portafortuna è una variante del precedente, i fiori del medesimo colore, il nastro bicolore giallo chiaro e verde smeraldo e la base screziata tra verde e giallo. Costo del bead €45.

Trollbeads ama particolarmente i fiori, che propone in quasi tutte le collezioni. Questi però hanno un aspetto completamente nuovo, dato dal nastro bicolore e da un gioco di trasparenze. Il tocco di avventurina poi rende il tutto più brillante.

Canto d'Amore vede protagonisti uccellini dalle forme tondeggianti, riprodotti di profilo, dal piumaggio bianco e viola, su di una base screziata, quasi acquerellata, lilla. Costo del bead €45.

Canto dei Desideri vede anch'esso protagonisti degli uccellini ma di differente forma, con una piccola cresta e dal becco più lungo, sempre riprodotti di profilo, dal piumaggio bianco e nero, affiancati da alcune foglioline verdi con tocchi arancioni e dalla base verde chiaro pastello. Costo del bead €45.

Ritroviamo quindi, come già nella precedente collezione autunnale, i volatili che conferiscono alle composizioni un tocco di allegria e un pizzico di tenerezza.

Suono d'Amore, dal colore di base giallo pastello, presenta dei nuovi motivi a contrasto, in variegato lilla e arancione. Mi ricordano il "paisley", raffiguranti il Boteh o Buta, un motivo vegetale a forma di goccia di origine persiana.

Questo genere di disegni hanno avuto molto successo dopo essere stati importati dall'India sotto forma di scialli del Kashmir, dal nome della regione situata tra India e Pakistan. Disegno che difatti prende anche l'appellativo di "motivo kashmir".
Girolamo Etro, imprenditore italiano che fondò la omonima azienda tessile nel 1968, dopo un viaggio in India nel 1981 introdusse il "motivo paisley" tra le sue creazioni e ben presto divenne sinonimo e segno distintivo della maison Etro.

Suono della Felicità, dal colore di base verde pastello, possiede gli stessi motivi "paisley" in variegato verde petrolio e pervinca. Costo del bead €45.

Due beads che possono essere replicati all'interno di una combinazione, proprio per ricreare la magia di quei tessuti.

Trovo questo set maggiormente in armonia rispetto il precedente.
Entrambi possono comunque dare vita ad una serie di creazioni armoniose e raffinate.

I due set di vetri "Storia d'Amore" e "Cazoni d'Amore" composti da sei beads ognuno, costano €225.

Diamo ora uno sguardo agli argenti.

Fiori Sorridenti, di Søren Nielsen, è un bead che rappresenta tre fiori contrapposti con cinque petali ed un ovario centrale in cui è raffigurato un volto sorridente.
Un bead perfetto per un bracciale o una collana a tema fantasy. Un bead che mette allegria. Un bead che può essere regalato per donare un sorriso, quindi a scopo beneaugurale.
Un bead di medie dimensioni che trovo stia molto bene al centro di un bracciale; molto bello, a parer mio, addirittura in coppia, per formare un bouquet che non passa inosservato.

Con lo stesso design sono stati realizzati gli Orecchini Fiori Sorridenti. Costo degli orecchini €65.


Parlando ancora d'amore e riferendo al modo di dire che dove c'è il cuore c'è casa, la designer Louise Rimpler ha creato un piccolo bead che raffigura un cuore sormontato da un tetto ed un comignolo, nominato Casa. Niente di più semplice e tenero per una composizione a tema famiglia e per gli appassionati di cuori che possono aggiungerne un altro alla propria collezione. Costo del bead €35.

Serenità, di Søren Nielsen, è un bead astratto le cui volute assumono forma tondeggiante. Ognuno può vederci qualcosa di differente e dargli così un proprio significato, questo è il bello dei beads astratti a mio parere. Ad esempio in questo io ci vedo dei sottili ramoscelli di edera avvolti e ritorti e sormontati da piccole gocce di rugiada. Un insieme senza dubbio armonioso.
Anche questo bead, di dimensioni medie, si presta a fare da protagonista. Costo del bead €45.

Coccinelle, del designer Kristian Krysfeldt, è un bead che vede tre coccinelle inseguirsi formando una sorta di girotondo. Un bead ben dettagliato, di medie dimensioni. Trovo sia molto piacevole la forma che ne è conseguita ed anche questo bead può considerarsi un benaugurale e portafortuna, da regalare e regalarsi. Costo del bead €45.

E siccome si discorre di sentimenti, ecco un altro argento volto a simboleggiare l'unione: Vero Amore, della designer Louise Rimpler.
Due anelli, come due fedi, che si uniscono ed un piccolo cuore al loro interno, un bead di dimensioni contenute che si lascia comunque guardare con piacere sia per forma che per significato. Perfetto posizionato tra un bead in vetro e l'altro. Costo del bead €35.

Questo bead è stato riprodotto anche in oro, Vero Amore Oro. Costo del bead €290.

La collezione propone due nuove chiusure.

Søren Nielsen ha creato la Chiusura Coccinelle, dove questi insetti portafortuna la sormontano. Un tripudio di coccinelle, tra grandi e piccine, in un piacevole equilibrio. Con la speranza che possano portare fortuna!
Un solo appunto: la parte della chiusura più piccola, non è di semplice ed immediata apertura.

Costo della chiusura €65.

La Chiusura Serenità invece, sempre di Søren Nielsen, riporta un motivo di volute che ricorda l'omonimo bead. Leggera ed elegante, facile da utilizzare. Costo della chiusura €45.

La collezione si fregia anche di un nuovo pendente e due nuovi anelli.

Il Pendente Primo Ballo vede una coppia intenta a danzare; la designer Louise Rimpler è riuscita a donare movimento a queste due figure che potranno essere protagoniste su di una collana con perla.
Non amo particolarmente i beads di grosse dimensioni ma convengo che possono donare carattere in una composizione minimale. Costo del pendente €65.

Per dare lustro anche alle nostre mani, Søren Nielsen ha progettato due nuovi anelli.
Anello Fantasia ed Anello Fantasia a Spirale, versioni più aggraziate e sinuose rispetto gli anelli già presenti a catalogo.
Questi anelli portano un bead di dimensioni normali, vetri o pietre più piccoli non sono indicati in quanto non restano ben fermi.

Stop Evoluzione della designer Louise Rimpler, vede un girino trasformarsi in rana.

La dimensione ridotta non consente una facile lettura di questi elementi, nel complesso comunque resta piacevole, appaiato a un vetro su di un bangle, ad esempio. Costo dello Stop €35.

 

Inoltre non potevano mancare le pietre preziose, qui in versione sfaccettata, della designer Lise Aagaard.

La pietra Serpentino, così chiamata perché l'aspetto squamoso ricorda la pelle di un serpente, è di colore verde chiaro con lievi sfumature, quindi una pietra abbastanza omogenea. Potrete trovare però differenti tonalità di verde, dal più chiaro al più scuro, quindi non sarà facile, per chi ama accoppiare le pietre, trovarne due molto simili. Difficile ma non impossibile ;-)
Come sapete le pietre, per chi segue la cristalloterapia, hanno delle proprietà, il Serpentino tra le sue annovera la ricerca della solitudine al fine di conquistare la pace interiore, protegge dalle influenze negative, dona aiuto nei conflitti rendendo più disponibili al compromesso, oltre a ridurre gli sbalzi d'umore, attenuare gli stress ed il nervosismo. Costo della pietra €65.

Il Quarzo Feldspato è in realtà una roccia che ingloba due minerali dando vita ad una pietra unica e particolare, dal colore sabbiato con variegature e striature più scure. Anche qui si possono apprezzare notevoli differenze tra una pietra e l'altra.
Tra le sue proprietà, promuove l'indipendenza di pensiero, la concentrazione sugli obiettivi da raggiungere ed aiuta a liberarsi dai legami che portano sofferenza, donando lo spirito di iniziativa necessario a romperli. Costo della pietra €65.

Infine ecco il bead che in molti attendevano e che prevedo sarà uno dei più acquistati.
Rosa Regina Bianca della designer Nozomi Kaji, altro non è che una variante colore del famoso bead in vetro in Edizione Limitata rilasciato nel 2015 e che si presentava di tonalità rosa.
Come scrivevo sopra, ogni bead in vetro può differire un poco di colore e manifattura, si nota anche in questo Rosa Regina Bianca che alcuni boccioli risultano più chiusi, altri più aperti ed il colore ha delle leggere variazioni di bianco.
Il fondo su cui si posano le rose, che alla vista delle prime foto che giravano in rete sembrava essere nero, in reltà si tratta di un verde scuro tendente al grigio, uno strato comunque molto sottile che si nota maggiormente laddove il fiore risulti più aperto.
Una cosa che ho notato e che riferisco per chi non ama questo dettaglio, il bead presenta molte micro bollicine, chi non le apprezza difatti dovrà osservare con cura ed attenzione per scegliere la propria rosa con minor presenza. Mentre invece l'unica ed "importante" bollicina che, nelle immagini istituzionali, appare al centro di ogni fiore, in questa serie di dieci beads che ho guardato in gioielleria, non compare. Costo del bead €55.

Nel piccolo catalogo in cui troviamo raffigurati tutti i beads della nuova collezione "Storie d'Amore", c'è il bead Pozione d'Amore dedicato alla ricorrenza di San valentino, in vetro sfaccettato dal fondo rosa con avventurina dorata disposta a macchie. Un bead in Edizione Limitata che sarà possibile acquistare, al costo di €55, presso i rivenditori Premium, Premium Plus e Flagship Store a partire dal 31 gennaio.
Gli iscritti al Trollbeads Club hanno avuto la opportunità di poterlo ordinare in anteprima esclusiva.

Vi sarete senz'altro accorti che, a differenza della precedente collezione, non ci sono argenti da €25, il primo prezzo risulta essere di €35, così come avrete saputo dell'aumento dei beads in vetro di prima fascia a partire dal 17 gennaio, che da €35 passano ad €45. Un aumento consistente che vede i vetri a catalogo raggiungere il prezzo degli Unici e che mi ha lasciata un poco perplessa.

The "Love Stories" collection, despite the fact that in the height of winter, a period of hibernation for many animals and, in a certain sense, also for us, reminds us that with Valentine's Day at the door and spring around the corner, may not speak of love!

Glass and silver want to be a hymn to the most coveted feeling par excellence, the one where we put a part of our heart and Trollbeads does it with class and elegance, without unnecessary romanticism, using nuance glass beads that refer to awakening from the torpor of the winter with delicacy and never banal.

While the silvers are dedicated to real declarations of love and hope.

The set of glass "Love Story Kit", by the designers Tashi, Dhundup and Dolma, with its transparencies suggests the same clarity of purpose and purpose, already the names assigned to each bead speak clearly: Kindness, Innocence, Trust, Romance, Joy and Promise.

Let's go and discover them one by one.

Kindness is a bead that presents, as a first impact, a "twirl" in aventurine, a sort of ornament which, however, is included and not in relief, unlike the "ornament" to which we are used; with a dove gray background, tone on tone version. Cost of the bead €45.

Innocence is a color variant of the previous one, with a milky white background and with a decoration, always in aventurine, very similar in volutes. Definitely brilliant version. Cost of the bead €45.

Trust has as background color a fairly pale aqua blue which highlights the decoration above and wraps the entire bead. Variant with greater contrast. Cost of the bead €45.


Romance is topped with a calligraphic motif that is repeated all around the bead, in amaranth, green and orange, with a pink background. Cost of the bead €45.

Joy is a color variant of the previous one, the calligraphic motifs are in burgundy, orange, yellow and aventurine with a milky white background. Cost of the bead €45.

Promise, another variant, has the same calligraphic motifs in yellow, white, orange and bright green, with a light pastel green background. Cost of the bead €45.

Color differences between beads of the same type are appreciable, as often happens in glass.

This set basically divides into two parts, that is two groups of three beads with different decorations and different color variations.

Personally I do not see them well blended, as I believe that the aventurine ornaments give a more elegant appearance, while the other decorations with a calligraphic motif, with more vivid colors, have a more gaudy, albeit graceful appearance.

The "Love Song Kit" glass set, by designers Tenzin Phuntsok and Kalden Chophel, features six glasses with different characteristics, two by two.

Aisle of Passion is represented by a series of white flowers, with touches of golden aventurine on the petals, which turn all around the bead in a three-dimensional effect, resting on a sort of two-tone ribbon in pale orange and violet colors, while the base it has a mottled effect between the same colors as the ribbon. Cost of the bead €45.

Aisle of Luck is a variant of the previous one, the flowers of the same color, the two-colored light yellow and emerald green ribbon and the mottled base between green and yellow.

Trollbeads particularly loves flowers, which he proposes in almost all collections. These, however, have a completely new appearance, given by the two-tone ribbon and a play of transparencies. The touch of aventurine then makes it more brilliant.

Song of Love features birds with rounded shapes, reproduced in profile, with white and purple plumage, on a speckled, almost watercolored, lilac base. Cost of the bead €45.

Song of Hope also features birds but in different shapes, with a small crest and longer beak, always reproduced in profile, with black and white plumage, flanked by some green leaves with orange touches and a light pastel green base. Cost of the bead €45.

We therefore find, as already in the previous autumn collection, the birds that give the compositions a touch of joy and a touch of tenderness.

Voice of Romance, with a pastel yellow base color, presents new contrasting motifs, in variegated lilac and orange. They remind me of "paisley", depicting Boteh or Buta, a drop-shaped plant motif of Persian origin.
These kinds of designs have been very successful after being imported from India in the form of Kashmir shawls, named after the region located between India and Pakistan. Design that in fact also takes the nickname "Kashmir motif".

Girolamo Etro, Italian entrepreneur who founded the namesake textile company in 1968, after a trip to India in 1981 introduced the "paisley motif" among his creations and soon became synonymous and distinctive mark of the Etro fashion house.

Voice of Happiness, with a pastel green base color, has the same "paisley" motifs in variegated petrol green and periwinkle. Cost of the bead €45.



Two beads that can be replicated within a combination, just to recreate the magic of those fabrics.

I find this set more in harmony than the previous one.
However, both can create a series of harmonious and refined creations.

The two kits of glass "Love Story" and "Love Song" consisting of six beads each, cost €225.

Let's now take a look at the silver beads.

Joyful Flower, by Søren Nielsen, is a bead that represents three opposing flowers with five petals and a central ovary in which a smiling face is depicted.
A perfect bead for a fantasy-themed bracelet or necklace. A bead that brings joy. A bead that can be given to give a smile, therefore for good luck purposes.
A medium-sized bead that I find very well in the center of a bracelet; very nice, in my opinion, even in pairs, to form a bouquet that does not go unnoticed. Cost of the bead €45.

With the same design, the Joyful Flower Studs earrings were made. Cost of the earrings €65.


Still talking about love and referring to the way of saying that where there is the heart there is home, the designer Louise Rimpler has created a small bead that depicts a heart surmounted by a roof and a chimney, named Home. Nothing could be simpler and more tender for a family-themed composition and for lovers of hearts who can add another to their collection. Cost of the bead €35.

Flow, by Søren Nielsen, is an abstract bead whose volutes take on a rounded shape. Everyone can see something different and give it its own meaning, this is the beauty of abstract beads in my opinion. For example, in this I see thin twigs of ivy wrapped and twisted and topped with small drops of dew. Undoubtedly a harmonious whole.
This medium-sized bead also lends itself to starring.

Ladybugs, by designer Kristian Krysfeldt, is a bead that sees three ladybugs chasing each other forming a sort of merry-go-round. A well detailed, medium sized bead. I find the shape that follows is very pleasant and even this bead can be considered a good luck and lucky charm, to give as a gift.

And since we talk about feelings, here is another silver aimed at symbolizing the union: Love Rings, by designer Louise Rimpler.
Two rings, like two wedding rings, which come together and a small heart inside them, a bead of small dimensions that can still be looked at with pleasure both in shape and meaning. Perfect positioned between one glass bead and another. Cost of the bead €35.

This bead was also reproduced in gold: Love Rings Gold. Cost of the bead €290.

The collection offers two new locks.

Søren Nielsen created the Ladybugs Lock, where these lucky charms overcome it. A riot of ladybugs, between young and old, in a pleasant balance. With the hope that they can bring luck!
Just one note: the part of the smaller closure is not simple and immediate to open. Cost of the lock €65.


The Flow Lock instead, always by Søren Nielsen, shows a swirl motif reminiscent of the homonymous bead. Light and elegant, easy to use. Cost of the lock €45.



The collection also boasts a new pendant and two new rings.

The First Dance sees a couple intent on dancing; the designer Louise Rimpler has managed to give movement to these two figures who can be protagonists on a necklace with pearl.
I do not particularly like large beads but I agree that they can give character in a minimal composition. Cost of the pendant €65.

To give luster to our hands too, Søren Nielsen has designed two new rings.
Elegant Fantasy Ring and Swirling Fantasy Ring, more graceful and sinuous versions than the rings already present in the catalog.
These rings carry a normal size bead, glass or smaller stones are not indicated as they do not remain firm.

Evolution Spacer of designer Louise Rimpler, sees a tadpole transform into a frog.
The small size does not allow easy reading of these elements, however overall it remains pleasant, paired with a glass on a bangle, for example. Cost of the spacer €35.



Furthermore, precious stones could not be missing, here in a faceted version, from designer Lise Aagaard.

Serpentine stone, so called because the scaly appearance resembles the skin of a snake, is light green in color with slight shades, therefore a fairly homogeneous stone. However, you can find different shades of green, from the lightest to the darkest, so it will not be easy for those who love pairing stones to find two very similar. Difficult but not impossible ;-)
As you know the stones, for those who follow crystal therapy, have properties, the Serpentine among its includes the search for solitude in order to conquer inner peace, protects from negative influences, gives help in conflicts by making them more available for compromise, in addition to reduce mood swings, reduce stress and nervousness. Cost of the stone €65.



Feldspar Quartz Rock is actually a rock that incorporates two minerals giving life to a unique and particular stone, with a sandblasted color with darker variegations and streaks. Here too one can appreciate significant differences between one stone and another.
Among its properties, it promotes independence of thought, concentration on the objectives to be achieved and helps to get rid of the bonds that bring suffering, giving the spirit of initiative necessary to break them. Cost of the stone €65.

Finally here is the bead that many expected and which I expect will be one of the most purchased.
White Roses created by Nozomi Kaji, is nothing more than a color variant of the famous Limited Edition bead Mother's Rose released in 2015 and which was pink in color.
As I wrote above, each glass bead may differ a little in color and manufacture, it is also noted in this White Roses that some buds are more closed, others more open and the color has slight variations of white.
The background on which the roses rest, which at the sight of the first photos that shot on the net seemed to be black, in reality it is a dark green tending to gray, a very thin layer that is most noticeable where the flower is more open .
One thing that I noticed and that I refer for those who do not like this detail, the bead has many micro bubbles, those who do not appreciate them in fact will have to observe with care and attention to choose their own.
While the only and "important" bubble that, in the institutional images, appears at the center of each flower, in this series of ten beads that I looked at in jewelry, does not appear.

You will undoubtedly have noticed that, unlike the previous collection, there are no € 25 silver, the first price is € 35, as you will have known about the increase in first-class glass beads starting from January 17th , which from € 35 to € 45. A substantial increase that sees the catalog glasses reach the price of the Unique and that has left me a little perplexed.
I'd like to know what you think.

The Love Stories collection has transported me to an elsewhere of flowers, colors, love and harmonies, but it is enough for me to take a look out the window to remind me that we are still in winter, cold and gloomy days. It doesn't matter, I think of Joyful Flower and I get a smile :-)
