La mia recensione di "Auguri!" e "Chiusura Rosa" di Trollbeads - My review of "Happy Birthday!" and "Rose Lock" by Trollbeads

In casa Trollbeads sono state annunciate diverse novità, che iniziano ad attenderci nelle varie gioiellerie rivenditrici del marchio.
In questa recensione ne andremo ad approfondire due.

"Auguri!", della designer Lise Aagaard, è un bead in vetro sfaccettato pensato per celebrare ricorrenze quali un compleanno, un onomastico, un anniversario o qualsiasi altra occasione si presti ad essere celebrata.

Presenta uno sfondo nero e motivi grafici ovalizzati e concentrici in lilla e viola.
Lo strato di vetro che "racchiude" il beads, risulta essere viola trasparente, conferendo una allure elegante e d'effetto, impreziosita dalla sfaccettatura romboidale.
Come sempre accade con i beads in vetro, a seconda della luce da cui vengono colpiti, che sia artificiale calda o fredda o naturale, cambia un poco il colore.

Tendenzialmente scuro, a differenza del suo gemello in variante celeste che risulta essere molto luminoso anche in assenza di luce, ha comunque carattere e per chi ama le tonalità di viola, non sarà difficile innamorarsene.

Si presta a svariati abbinamenti, tra cui il verde e il bianco che, nella semplicità di un bangle, regala un effetto optical.

Mi piacciono molto indossati insieme, quelli che chiamo "gemelli diversi", su due bangles, affiancati da Prisma Viola e Prisma Turchese Chiaro, beads in vetro che reputo versatili e che mi piacciono molto, nonostante siano in realtà poco considerati nel mondo del collezionismo.

Da notare che il "gemello" in variante celeste, è stato il bead protagonista del Trollbeads Club 2019. Chi si iscriveva lo riceveva in omaggio.
Mentre, in altri paesi, lo stesso bead veniva omaggiato a fronte di una festa di compleanno realizzata presso un rivenditore Trollbeads, chiamato per l'occasione "Birthday Bead".

"Auguri!" in Italia per il 2020 è divenuto un bead celebrativo prodotto in Edizione Limitata al costo di €55, mentre in altri paesi segue la medesima formula del precedente anno, ossia omaggiato a chi festeggia il proprio compleanno presso una gioielleria rivenditrice Trollbeads.

Insomma, stesso bead ma differente modalità per averlo.

Vi ricordo che tutte le Edizioni Limitate, come di consueto, potete trovarle solamente presso i rivenditori Premium, Premium Plus e Flagship Store.

Il compleanno è sicuramente uno degli eventi maggiormente celebrati e offre la opportunità di dimostrare i propri sentimenti di amore, di amicizia, di stima verso la persona che festeggia il giorno della propria nascita.
Può accadere però di non potervi prender parte.
A me è capitato, più di una volta a dire il vero e proprio con persone care.
Mi sono così ritrovata a riflettere su quanto possa essere emblematica l'idea di voler essere ad un compleanno senza però poterci andare, dopo avere letto un libriccino che, ormai, puntualmente viene in mio soccorso, sia per una citazione in un biglietto di auguri, sia come missiva al posto del biglietto augurale.

Si tratta di "Nessun luogo è lontano", scritto da Richard Bach, aviatore prima e scrittore poi, nella edizione tradotta da Pier Francesco Paolini ed illustrata da H. Lee Shapiro.
Un breve racconto d'amicizia e volendo anche d'amore, in cui c'è un compleanno da festeggiare e la festeggiata, Rae, è lontana.
Il protagonista, in volo per raggiungere Rae, incontra Colibrì, Gufo, Aquila, Falco, Gabbiano e gli offrono una visione della vita proprio attraverso quel viaggio ed attraverso lo scopo, ossia il compleanno di Rae.

Come recita Colibrì "Può forse una distanza materiale separarci davvero dagli amici?".
Ossia, se vuoi essere da una persona, non ci sei forse già? Il solo pensarla, desiderare d'essere con lei non ti fa sentire la sua presenza?
Un viaggio decisamente poetico quello che l'autore ci porta a compiere, lasciando così un potente messaggio a sedimentare in ognuno di noi.

Bellissimo da regalare, da regalarsi e da rileggere nel tempo.

 

Il 10 maggio scorso è stata celebrata la Festa della Mamma.
Purtroppo molti di noi non hanno avuto modo di festeggiarla a dovere a causa del Covid-19 che ci ha impegnati in un "lockdown" mai visto prima d'ora. Difatti l'azienda stessa ha potuto solamente dal 18 maggio, rendere disponibile all'acquisto la chiusura dedicata a tutte le mamme: la "Chiusura Rosa".

Molto bella, pratica e robusta, si presenta con il doppio moschettone, più grande da un lato più piccolo dall'altro (caratteristica funzionale ai due differenti anellini posti alle estremità del bracciale), sormontato da foglie finemente lavorate che riproducono quasi fedelmente le medesime del fiore.
La rosa è il fulcro della chiusura, posta al centro, rappresentata al massimo della sua fioritura con i petali bene aperti e concentrici tra loro, sino ad arrivare al nucleo dove si nota un piccolo bocciolo.
Il fiore lo troviamo da ambedue i lati, rendendolo così visibile in qualunque modo la chiusura possa girarsi od essere indossata.
La troverei perfetta posizionata al centro di una collana, così come di un bracciale, se non fosse che, quest'ultimo, ha la peculiarità di muoversi e ruotare intorno al polso.

La "Chiusura Rosa", del designer Kristian Krysfeldt, costa €65,00 ed è completamente in argento.

"Happy Birthday!", By designer Lise Aagaard, is a faceted glass bead designed to celebrate anniversaries such as a birthday, a name day, an anniversary or any other occasion that can be celebrated.

 

It has a black background and oval and concentric graphic motifs in lilac and purple.
The layer of glass that "encloses" the beads, turns out to be transparent violet, giving an elegant and striking allure, enhanced by the rhomboid facet.
As always happens with glass beads, depending on the light from which they are hit, whether it is artificial warm or cold or natural, the color changes a little.

Basically dark, unlike its twin in light blue variant which turns out to be very bright even in the absence of light, it still has character and for those who love shades of purple, it will not be difficult to fall in love with it.

It lends itself to various combinations, including green and white which, in the simplicity of a bangle, gives an optical effect.

I like them very much worn together, what I call "different twins", on two bangles, flanked by Purple Prism and Light Turquoise Prism, glass beads that I consider versatile and that I like a lot, although they are actually little considered in the world of collecting.

Note that the "twin" in the celestial variant, was the bead protagonist of the Italian Trollbeads Club 2019. Those who signed up received it as a gift.
While, in other countries, the same bead was given as a gift for a birthday party held at a Trollbeads retailer, called for the occasion "Happy Birthday Bead".

"Auguri!" in Italy for 2020 it has become a celebratory bead produced in Limited Edition at a cost of € 55, while in other countries it follows the same formula as the previous year, paid homage to those celebrating their birthday at a Trollbeads reseller jewelry store.

So I found myself reflecting on how emblematic the idea of ​​wanting to be at a birthday without being able to go, after reading a booklet that now comes to my rescue promptly, both for a quote in a greeting card, both as a missive instead of the greeting card.

 

It is "There's no such place as far away", written by Richard Bach, aviator first and then writer, and illustrated by H. Lee Shapiro.
A short story of friendship and also wanting of love, in which there is a birthday to celebrate and the birthday girl, Rae, is far away.
The protagonist, flying to reach Rae, meets Hummingbird, Owl, Eagle, Hawk, Seagull and offer him a vision of life through that journey and through the purpose, that is, Rae's birthday.

As Hummingbird says "Can miles truly separate you from friends?".
That is, if you want to be with a person, aren't you already there? Just thinking about her, does not wanting to be with her make you feel his presence?
A decidedly poetic journey that the author brings us to make, thus leaving a powerful message to settle in each of us.

Beautiful to give, to give yourself and to reread over time.

Mother's Day was celebrated on May 10th.
Unfortunately many of us have not had the opportunity to celebrate it properly due to Covid-19 which has engaged us in a "lockdown" never seen before. In fact, the company itself was only able to make the lock dedicated to all mothers available from 18 May: the "Rose Lock".
Very beautiful, practical and robust, it has a double carabiner, larger on one side and smaller on the other (functional feature of the two different rings located at the ends of the bracelet), topped with finely worked leaves that reproduce almost faithfully the same as the flower.
The rose is the fulcrum of the closure, located in the center, represented at the height of its flowering with the petals well open and concentric with each other, up to the nucleus where a small bud is noticed.

The flower can be found on both sides, thus making it visible in any way the lock can turn or be worn.
I would find it perfect positioned in the center of a necklace, as well as a bracelet, if it were not that the latter has the peculiarity of moving and rotating around the wrist.

The "Rose Lock", by designer Kristian Krysfeldt, costs € 65.00 and is completely in silver.
